POLICIES / WEBSITE USE

Terms & Conditions

Terms for using this informational Cave Learnings website.

Website terms updated: 15 September 2026.

1. Website scope & company identity

Cave Learnings is the brand used on this website for CAVE LEARNINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, the entity identified for this project. This website currently provides program information and a locally generated introduction file. It does not accept payments, confirm enrolment or operate a third-party seller checkout.

Registered office, registration identifiers, authorised support contacts and course-specific provider arrangements are awaiting company verification. See the provider disclosure and launch information status.

2. Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, impersonate others, or misuse its content. You retain rights in the business ideas and text you enter. Avoid including confidential business information in an introductory enquiry.

The introduction generator operates in your browser. Downloading a file does not submit it to Cave, create a student account or reserve a place.

3. Program information, pricing & enrolment

Prices, durations and inclusions on the pricing page are proposed launch packages and require company adoption. They are not current offers for online purchase. An enrolment contract should identify the course, contracting provider, named instructors, delivery schedule, fees and taxes, access duration, cancellation policy and support route before payment.

Any certificate, if offered, must state its issuer and completion requirements. The site does not claim university affiliation, government recognition, guaranteed employment, funding or revenue.

4. Learning materials & participant conduct

Unless licensed otherwise, brand assets and published learning material remain the property of their respective owners. Personal study and legally permitted uses remain allowed. Redistribution, resale or publication of restricted course materials requires permission. Respect others’ privacy and obtain consent before recording or sharing session content.

5. Refunds, delivery & changes

Read the proposed refund and cancellation policy and shipping and delivery policy. Confirmed enrolments must receive the adopted terms. Material changes to a paid program should be communicated with the learner’s applicable options; revised website terms do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing agreement.

6. Privacy & external services

The Privacy Policy explains this website’s actual data handling. External websites, social platforms and hosting or sign-in services operate under their own terms. A link does not certify a third party’s claims or establish an affiliation.

7. Educational purpose & responsibility

Business education supports decision-making but cannot eliminate commercial risk. Examples and mentoring are not personalised legal, tax, investment or accounting advice. Participants should seek appropriately qualified advice where needed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law — India

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Relevant Indian laws may include the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules; and applicable Indian data protection laws, subject to their scope and commencement.

Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Nothing here restricts a consumer’s statutory forum, remedies or complaint rights.

9. Contact & grievances

Company support and grievance-officer details have not yet been verified. They must be published before enrolment or payment is enabled. The contact page shows the current status; this website does not currently receive complaints through its introduction form.

For the scope of consumer e-commerce requirements, see the government-hosted Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Applicability depends on the actual service and operating model; this page is not a compliance certificate.
