Privacy Policy
A clear explanation of what happens to your information here.
Updated: 15 September 2026. Scope: this GPT Work website.
1. Introduction form
The form asks for your name, email address, program interest and a description of your idea or goal. The current code uses these details only in your browser to create a text file when you select “Download my introduction”. They are not transmitted to a Cave server, emailed to Cave, or stored in a Cave database by this website.
The file stays in your downloads until you remove it. Your browser may retain autofill information according to its own settings. Clearing the form does not remove files already downloaded. Please do not enter payment information, identity documents, passwords, health information or confidential business data.
2. Hosting & access information
Serving a website involves network requests. The hosting and access provider may process technical information such as your IP address, device/browser information, request times and security or sign-in information under its own policies. Cave has not added analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or cookie-based marketing to this version.
Review the host’s OpenAI Privacy Policy for its data practices. This notice does not claim that hosting generates no logs.
3. Sharing & external links
The introduction tool does not automatically share your details. If you later send your downloaded file through email, messaging or a social platform, that is a separate action governed by the recipient’s and platform’s privacy arrangements. Review those arrangements before sharing.
4. Retention & control
This website does not persist form entries in browser local storage or a Cave database. You can clear entered fields, close the page and delete your downloaded introduction. For information held by the hosting or sign-in provider, use that provider’s privacy controls and request process.
5. Young learners
Students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information or seeking enrolment. This website does not currently enrol minors or process student payments. Any future service for children must establish the applicable parental consent and protection process before collecting their information.
6. Future applications, payments & communications
Before enabling online submissions, payments, recordings, analytics or marketing, Cave must update this policy to identify the purposes, data collected, recipients, retention periods, security arrangements, applicable consent choices and an accessible privacy/grievance contact. An enquiry must not automatically enrol a person into marketing.
7. Indian privacy laws & contact
Applicable Indian privacy requirements depend on the processing activity and the provisions currently in force, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 as their provisions commence. This page does not certify full legal compliance.
A verified company privacy contact is still required before Cave starts collecting submissions through this site. See contact information status.
Privacy-law reference
The DPDP framework has staged commencement. See MeitY’s commencement notification and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Only provisions in force and applicable to the processing should be treated as current obligations.
