Customer evidence
Document the problem, interview potential customers and record which assumptions changed.
Prepare introduction ↗A practical path from an untested idea to a clearer customer, offer and launch plan.
The proposed Cave Entrepreneur program is designed for people taking a business idea toward launch. It also suits early-stage founders who need to revisit their customer, offer or sales process. Existing owners who mainly need team and operating systems can compare the Business Growth proposal.
The starting point is a business problem you want to investigate. You do not need a finished product to begin working through the exercises below.
Document the problem, interview potential customers and record which assumptions changed.
Describe who the offer is for, what it does, what it costs and how you will deliver it.
Choose an initial customer group, a small test and the evidence that will guide your next decision.
Bring together pricing, sales activity, delivery steps and the risks that still need testing.
These are learning objectives, not guaranteed commercial outcomes. Progress depends on your business context and the work you complete.
Develop entrepreneurial thinking, discipline, resilience and leadership.
Identify real problems, understand customers and validate demand before investing heavily.
Build a clear model for how your business creates, delivers and captures value.
Turn your idea into a minimum viable product or service that customers can experience.
Create your positioning, story, identity and customer promise.
Learn prospecting, pitching, negotiation, follow-up and closing.
Build practical strategies for content, social media, lead generation and customer acquisition.
Understand pricing, margins, cash flow, budgeting, break-even and business numbers.
Build processes and systems that allow your business to grow consistently.
Learn how to hire, delegate, communicate and build accountable teams.
Identify partnerships, new markets, distribution opportunities and scalable growth channels.
Present your business, progress and growth plan to mentors, entrepreneurs and invited ecosystem partners.
The launch proposal is a 12-week program with weekly assignments, four group mentor reviews and pitch preparation. The proposed one-time fee is ₹24,999 including any applicable taxes. Dates, named instructors, delivery format and final inclusions require company confirmation.
It is not currently available for online purchase. Compare all proposed program packages and fees and read the course-provider disclosure before seeking enrolment.
Write a short introduction: the customer you hope to serve, the problem you are investigating and what you want to achieve. You can download it locally and share it once admissions contact details are confirmed.
