Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Physical shipping

This website currently describes educational and training services. It does not sell or dispatch physical products, printed certificates or study kits. Physical shipping, courier charges, delivery tracking and reverse shipping are therefore not applicable to its current offering.

2. Current digital delivery

The introduction file is generated immediately in your browser when you download it. It is not a course enrolment, access credential or payment receipt. If the download fails, check your browser’s download settings and try again.

3. Proposed delivery for future enrolments

Before accepting payment, the enrolment summary must specify whether the course is live online, in person or hybrid, along with dates, session times and time zone, venue or platform, learning hours, access period and included materials.

Proposed service target, subject to company adoption: supply enrolment confirmation and joining instructions within 2 business days after confirmed payment, and before the first session. A course beginning sooner requires instructions before the session starts. If access cannot be supplied, offer support, an agreed alternative or the applicable refund.

4. Future physical materials

If physical products are introduced, each order must disclose availability, shipping area, total delivery charges, dispatch and estimated delivery times, damage/loss handling and return instructions before payment. This current “not applicable” status cannot be used for those products.
